1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and freejili ("freejili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the freejili website located at https://freejili.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any freejili service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. freejili makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on freejili. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

2.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. freejili reserves the right to verify all registration information and to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your freejili account. You must keep your freejili login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. freejili will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify freejili's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. freejili will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You agree not to allow any other person to use your freejili account. Any winnings generated through account sharing may be voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 KYC Verification

freejili is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

freejili complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All funds deposited to freejili must originate from legitimate sources. freejili reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within three (3) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days. freejili reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of security or compliance checks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

freejili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games , game contribution percentages, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered freejili players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• freejili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• freejili reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount — and any winnings derived from it — if it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation, or in breach of these Terms.
• Players who have requested self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or claim any bonus or promotional offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. 6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the freejili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to freejili support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the freejili Platform or its content.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward freejili staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any freejili content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, freejili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

freejili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your freejili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The freejili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. freejili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Suspension & Termination

freejili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to freejili, other players, or third parties.
• freejili is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, freejili reserves the right to void any pending bonuses and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

You may close your freejili account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms
